The DGC content coal sample canister is a coal sample container used for gas content measurement, comprising a canister lid and a canister body. The lid is internally equipped with an O-ring thickened silicone rubber sealing ring, with tooth-like inwardly curved pot teeth around the periphery of the lid. The canister mouth has tooth-like outwardly extending pot teeth around its periphery. The lid and the body are pressed, embedded, and screwed tightly together. The center of the lid is provided with a gas outlet hole, which is sealed and connected to a valve via an anti-clogging device. The valve is laterally connected to an intake pipe.
Due to the pot teeth embedding and screwing mechanism between the canister body and lid, the DGC content coal sample canister reduces sealing difficulty, achieves a sealing effect without requiring excessive tightening, speeds up the sealing process, minimizes time loss, and decreases wear on the canister body and lid. The thickened silicone rubber sealing ring offers excellent air tightness and an extended service life. The gas outlet is equipped with an anti-clogging device to prevent coal dust from blocking the channel during gas content measurement. A handle is added to the side of the canister for easy portability.
This new type of coal sample canister simplifies the downhole direct measurement process for gas content, saves measurement time and costs, and improves the accuracy of gas content measurement results. It is an auxiliary device for mine gas content testing, primarily functioning to contain coal samples in a sealed state for testing gas desorption volume. It is a commonly used product in mine production and geological exploration work.
The main body of the product is made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and rust-proof, capable of withstanding harsh underground environments;
